About the thesis
The study explored alternatives to integrating information and communication technology in higher education within a resource constrained setting in Uganda. Higher education institutions in developing countries are particularly faced with many challenges that can be summarised generally as resource limitation. IT infrastructure for learning is yet another challenge that teachers, students and administrators are faced with in the wake of the need to integrate ICT in higher education.
