Plagiarism and cheating

Plagiarism and cheating

It is essential that your source references, quotations and information provided in your reference list is completely accurate. It also essential that you never copy anything you might have read elsewhere. This is known as plagiarism, and it is a very serious matter.

To plagiarise is to copy or imitate the work of other people and presenting this as your own work. This may cause expulsion. Therefore, it is essential that you remember to include references from all sources used in your project – this includes any quotations from your own previous project reports or those of others.
